This functionnality can be used to collect informations to provide a quotation for a service or product, or for technical assistance.

Data security
The hosting of the Website is subcontracted by IONOS..
The access to the Website is encrypted using SSL technology provided by the certification authority GeoTrust for the domain *.dorcent.net. This certificate is annually renewed.
All your data and user accounts, are stored on a VPS server from the provider IONOS. This server is located on the Europe 2 location of IONOS and is backed up daily to ensure the security, integrity and availability of your data and the Company's services.
The access to the configuration of this server is only possible via a secured SSH connection and only by administrators, while the access to the databases on this server is encrypted using SSL technology.
The access to personal datas is strictly limited to the Company's employees with a need to know. These employees are subject to strict confidentiality obligations under penalty of sanctions.
Rights
In accordance with the law known as 'informatique et libertés' of January 6th 1978 and with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a right of access, correction, erasure, limitation, opposition and portability of your personal datas.
Access right
You have an access right to the data about you by the Company. It allows you to know the data the Company have about you and, if you wish, to request a copy.

- You have exercised your right to object in accordance with Article 21(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The Company will proceed to restrict the processing of your data, while verifying whether the legitimate reasons pursued by the Company prevail over your right

Since the Company only contacts you for information related to the use of current services, products or contracts, there is no need to object to the communication as the Company does not communicate with you for any other purpose.
